Anyone can submit layouts. After you submit a layout, it takes a while before someone on the design staff reviews it and either accepts it and puts it on the site or sends you a rejection message, usually giving advice on how to make it better. This usually takes a few days to a week. Keep an eye on your messages. I got rejected quite a bit before I got something on this site, but the people are nice and want to others improve. =D

i know --- i luv it --- I have been submitting divs -- but i guess i am submitting them the wrong way because they still arent on the site --- do you know if there is specific coding that is need to submit a div? --- or do you have to be an official designer with the site to submit one?

lol It's not too hard to get a feel for. Just hang out a little. It's a nice community.
